Account deletion

Delete in the app

Open KelsenAI, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately.

Delete by email

If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@arikanlabs.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my KelsenAI account”. We will verify your identity and confirm within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, content and usage data are permanently deleted within 30 days.

What may be retained

Transaction and invoice records we are legally required to keep (typically up to 7 years for tax purposes), held securely and used for no other purpose.
